Why I started this
I have watched loved ones deal with a cancer diagnosis. The biggest problem I noticed was the confusion. Families are suddenly hit with complex medical terms and paperwork. It is very hard to think clearly under that kind of stress.
I am a high school student passionate about science and medicine. While I am not a doctor, I can use my time to do the research that families are often too exhausted to do.
The Cancer Talk is my way of helping. I study established and emerging therapies and rewrite the information so it is easier to digest. I also organise information on financial aid and support in India so it is all in one place.
I am also interviewing doctors, researchers, and survivors so you can hear directly from the experts. My goal is to handle the research so you can focus on your health and your family.
